I designed screens in a user path that allowed them to scan their prescription, choose which medicine they wanted to order, choose the pharmacy from which they wanted to be delivered from, as well as a validation screen.

Screens of the test restitution

As part of this project, we conducted usability tests including a perception test, a DEEP (Design-Oriented Evaluation of Perceived Usability) test and a usability test about the main user path.

The main persona for this application was either elderly people who have a lot of prescriptions or chronically disabled people who are not able to go often to the pharmacy and are often using delivery services. We contacted both of these profiles to conduct the test in order to have a broad tester spectrum.

We got feedback on the usability of the scan screens and as a result were able to make several suggestions for future production.
